Academic Assistant to the Dean
- Master’s degree required essential for handling advanced academic and administrative functions.
- Manage academic programs advising, probation, honors, and transfer credits.
- Oversee academic policies calendars, catalogs, syllabi, and compliance.
- Handle academic concerns student complaints, violations, and performance monitoring.
- Support faculty operations & academic activities hiring, contracts, evaluations, meetings, events, and admissions.

Student Coordinator/ Promotions Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Guidance & Counseling, Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience 3+ years experience in pastoral care, student affairs, or ministry work, plus 2+ years teaching/academic experience
- Strong interpersonal and relational skills for working with students, faculty, parents, churches & partners
- Skilled in student coordination events, promotions, and managing social media presence
- Christian character and integrity aligned with ASCM’s mission
